Book yourself in for island tours with Brian, a fully trained Antigua tour guide.  Brian offers tours of Antigua's churches, historical sites, Willoughby Bay, Mount Obama (Boggy Peak), plantations, Mango Valley and more.

Local Antiguan herb grower and manufacturer of various teas and infusions offers instruction in the use of Antiguan herbal remedies.  Book yourself in for 1/2 day field trips, a visit to the factory where remedies are made.

Get fit

At Aveda Concept Spa, Sugar Ridge, you can allow yourself to be pampered.  Let Aveda give you those treatments that will let everyone know you were on holiday in Antigua, and you treated yourself well.

In July, we get fit with proper supervision from fitness trainers.  Give yourself a couple of weeks of exercising and jogging.  By the end of July, you'll be ready to go on the road for carnival.  Antigua Carnival - the Caribbean's greatest summer festival!

In the heart of the tropical rain forest known as Fig Tree Drive, you will find Antigua Rainforest Company.  Go zipping through the rain forest from tree to tree.  Are you a little more ambitious?  Then do one of the obstacle courses directly afterwards.
